Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Applir. We want to make sure your appliances arrive safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries only:

  • United States
  • United Kingdom

Orders with shipping addresses outside of these two countries will not be fulfilled.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. Large & Heavy Appliances

Some of our products — such as washing machines, tumble dryers, fridge freezers, air conditioners, and hot tubs — are large and heavy items. These may require additional handling time and may be shipped via freight carrier. Delivery timelines for oversized items may be longer than standard estimates. We will contact you if your order requires special shipping arrangements.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.

6. Customs & Import Duties (UK Orders)

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on the value and type of goods. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at terrelldarrell1@outlook.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
