At Applir, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 14 days of the delivery date
- The item is in its original condition — unused, uninstalled, and undamaged
- The item is in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned after the 14-day window has passed
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Large built-in appliances that have been fitted or connected to utilities
3. How to Request a Return

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value appliances, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
For large or heavy appliances (e.g., washing machines, tumble dryers, fridge freezers), please contact us before shipping — we may arrange a collection service on your behalf.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Do not attempt to use or install a damaged appliance.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our approval email, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank, as processing times vary
